Large Bouquet with Handles
This basket is approximately 8 3/4” in diameter and 2 3/8 ” tall, and 9 7/8 ” handle to handle. It was started on a 3 1/4” round handmade and painted pottery center featuring flowers. Both green and brown long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker needles for contrast. The stitches are wheat and wrap, with a decorative stitch on the handles. There is a hanger on the back.
