Large Brown Bear with handles
This basket was started on a 2” piece of hand made and painted pottery center featuring a brown bear. This is approximately 8 1/2x 9 1/4 x 1 1/2”. Brown long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed dark brown needles for contrast. The stitches are wheat, wrap, and a decorative stitch was used on the handles. There is a hanger on the back.
