Large Five Trees with Pine Cones
This basket was started on a 3” piece of hand made and painted pottery center, and features five trees. This basket is approximately 8 ”x 10 ” handle to handle, and 2” high. Green long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker needles for contrast. The stitches are wheat, wrap, and three small pine cones was were placed in the handles. There is a hanger on the back.
