Large Oval Kokopelli
This basket was started on an approximately 4x7” piece of hand made and painted pottery center, and features a Kokopelli. This is on a nice piece of rolled sandy clay. This basket is approximately 1 1/2 x 7 3/4 x 10”. Brown long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker brown needles for contrast. The stitch is wheat, and there is a hanger on the back.
