Large Purple Doily Plate
This plate was started on a 3” piece of hand made and painted pottery center, and features an old plastic doily. The approximate diameter is 9 1/8” x 1/2”. Brown long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker needles and raffia for contrast. The stitches are fern, wrap, and wheat. There is a hanger on the back.
