Large Round Cardinal Plate
This plate was started on a 3” piece of hand made and painted pottery center, and features a cardinal. Both green and brown long leaf pine needles were used along with some dyed darker needles for contrast. The stitches are wheat, fern, and wrap. This is approximately 9 × 3/4”. There is a hanger on the back.
