Medium Kokopelli with Handles
This basket is approximately 7 x 7 7/8 x 1 7/8 ” and was started on a handmade and painted pottery center featuring a kokopelli. The stitches used were wheat, wrap, spiral, and a decorative stitch was used on the handles. Brown long leaf needles were used along with some dyed wine colored needles for contrast. There is a hanger on the back.
